"I was in your store last Saturday. I came in just to look at gift ideas and walked out with new riding gear (head-to-toe) for my son. I wanted to take a minute and compliment your staff. I'm hoping this gets forwarded to a manager because your employees were the nicest, most helpful, professional that I have ever encountered and they deserve to be recognized. In particular, a young girl helped us with riding gear and she was amazing! I wish that I could remember her name. Kyle also helped and explained the importance of all the safety gear (neck brace, knee guards) which I never knew about! I'm a single mother with limited knowledge just trying to get my son set up so he can ride. I never once felt like they were just trying to "sell" me something. I really felt like they were concerned that i was getting the best product for my money. They were exceptionally helpful and extremely knowledgable. I had several additional employees approach and offer to assist and they too were so nice - I can't tell you how impressed I was! Everyone was so polite and always had a smile! I will definitely be a life long customer! I just thought the manager and/or owner of this store should hear positive feedback reagrding his/her employees and the customer service being extended. "My history with this dealership goes back a few years. It Started with the service and parts department. Nick and the guys are great. With them working on my sons KTM he was able to win 48 races in a row. When it came time for me to make a purchase, I knew immediatly where to go. Like I said earlier. They are my dealership. "Recently I purchased a rear tire for my GSXR 600. The tread wore oddly and started showing cord very quickly. One call to TO Powersports and they assured me they would take care of me. The same day I took the bike down there and they examined it, determined it was a defect and replaced the tire (on my bike) the same day with no addtional costs! TO Powersports is the BEST! Kyle in parts and both Nick's in service were awesome! They know how to take care of their customers! I would and do refer people to TO Powersports."

"Thank you for the help in Barstow in the LA Barstow Vegas ride. I'm with VCMC and asked for help at Barstow from all the KTM riders near your trailer. I forgot to turn off my Baja Designs petcock the night before and when I filled up at the station it was pouring out the carb. Your crew figured it out and told me to ditch that one way plug I had installed on the top hose to make no more pressure. My mechanic Al Holley buys all my retro Yamaha motor parts from you because I still love to ride my 1997 WR250 2-stroke that is plated in CA. I would buy a 300 KTM if it had a license, but that's impossible to say the least. I still love 2 strokes after 40 years of riding them. Thanks again, Moto-Dave VCMC"

"I just had my 2004 1200S Suzuki Bandit repaired and serviced. "Nick H" was my service representative and he did an excellent job in reviewing what needed to be done, and kept me informed on repair process. Your Service Staff does an excellent job. I also purchased oil and chrome cleaner and your Parts Staff, like Service, was personable and professional in handling my questions and purchase. Since you are the only remaining motorcycle dealer in Thousand Oaks, I hope that you focus on selling motorcycles that are in the range of owners within Thousand Oaks, and avoid over extending yourself by becoming a Ducati dealership or other high end bikes that most can not afford to purchase and service. Good example is KTM, great products, very pricey, and expensive to maintain. I hope you can shed this product line and focus on carrying Honda and Suzuki based on the demise of the Thousand Oaks Dealership. I plan on doing future business with your establishment.

Took my 12 yr son and wife to buy some handle bars for his bike and the guy asked why he needed them, my son had no answer, so I said "because the stock ones are no good". Your service guy went right with it and stated that he told his wife it was for saftey reasons. My wife thought it was funny and my son felt good about his new bars. "don't know where to begin... Offering excellent value, excellent service, and open-7-days a week store is only a part of my very positive experience with your dealership.
But perhaps it is the in-person encounters with the staff that has made the real difference for me, and put you above all others.
Each and every time that I have visited your dealership, I have been treated as if I am your #1 customer - with a friendly smile, and lots of courtesy and with everyone seemingly so eager to help - what I can best describe as the most energetic, knowledgable, friendly staff... even when my invoice totaled less than a measily $ 3.00 ( yes - three dollars).
Or perhaps I can tell you about other times where I have visited your service department. There was no "attitude", no talking down, and no senseless waste of time. I was very pleased with the professionalism, quality of service, and the amazing value - above all, with how the staff went out of their way to find something that worked best for me.
The bottom line is.... If you need something, they probably have it - and if they don't, they can get it in stock - often in a day or two. I know, because I have a few vintage bikes... and they will give you excellent value for your money, unsurpassed professional service, while treating you, the customer, with the highest regards and respect.
